Electronic Reference Aide (eRA)

A digital reference service that will mediate between the patron and information. eRA will fill-in the gaps in knowledge by evaluating, searching and supplying the information needs of the patron.

You can chat with us using this enhanced feature of the website. Live chat is active during normal working hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM). When eRA is offline, inquiries will be forwarded to the library's email (library@upm.edu.ph). We respond promptly within an hour except holidays and weekends. More complex inquiries may take longer to answer where it is necessary to consult several resources and libraries. Please rest-assured that you’ll receive an update from time-to-time.
