Requesting an Authentication and Directory Service (ADS) account

Send an email to with the subject "Request for an ADS account". Attach a clear electronic capture of ANY of the following:

  1. UPM ID (with an updated school year sticker, if student),
  2. Appointment or acceptance letter
  3. Latest copy of Form 5 (if student),
  4. Contract of service (if employee or staff)

Make sure that you supply the following information in your request:

  1. First name,
  2. Middle name/middle initial,
  3. Last name,
  4. Nickname,
  5. UP email address (if any),
  6. Active non-UP email address,
  7. College/office/department, and
  8. Designation (if non-student)
