Manybooks was established in 2004 with the vision to provide an extensive library of books in digital format for free on the Internet. Many of the early eBooks are from the Project Gutenberg archives, which means you will be able to find a lot of classics on the site.
MedEdPORTAL is an open-access journal of teaching and learning resources in the health professions published by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), in partnership with the American Dental Education Association. MedEdPORTAL publications are stand-alone, complete teaching or learning modules that have been implemented and evaluated with medical or dental trainees or practitioners. Each submission is reviewed by editorial staff and external peer reviewers using a standardized review instrument grounded in the tenets of educational scholarship.

MEDtube is an online video-centric education and communication platform for healthcare professionals. It is free to use by the HCP community, however registration is required to benefit from all the website's functionalities. The concept of this innovative project came in 2008 when transplantologist Michał Wszoła initiated first works, based on his clinical practice. In 2009 transplantologist Rafał Kieszek joined him and in 2010 the company was formed. MEDtube.net was brought online in July 2011. Dr Wszoła left the company. The project is owned by private individuals
medRxiv (pronounced "med-archive") is a free online archive and distribution server for complete but unpublished manuscripts (preprints) in the medical, clinical, and related health sciences. Preprints are preliminary reports of work that have not been certified by peer review. They should not be relied on to guide clinical practice or health-related behavior and should not be reported in news media as established information.
