The ππππππ (ππππ₯ππ‘ ππ§πππ«ππππ°π¨π«π€ πππππ¬π¬ ππ¨ πππ¬πππ«ππ‘ ππ§π’ππ’πππ’π―π) programme, established by the World Health Organization (WHO) together with major publishers, enables developing countries to access one of the worldβs largest collections of biomedical and health literature.
Access to HINARI is available exclusively onsite at the World Health Organization, Regional Office for the Western Pacific, Manila.

The WHO Western Pacific Regional Library (WPRO) is open Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The WPRO Library can accommodate up to 10 researchers at a time. Access to HINARI is limited to 3 researchers simultaneously.
