The 𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐈 (𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞) programme, established by the World Health Organization (WHO) together with major publishers, enables developing countries to access one of the world’s largest collections of biomedical and health literature.

Access to HINARI is available exclusively onsite at the World Health Organization, Regional Office for the Western Pacific, Manila.
  – For UP Manila Faculty and Staff, bring a university-issued ID or PRC ID.

The WHO Western Pacific Regional Library (WPRO) is open Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The WPRO Library can accommodate up to 10 researchers at a time. Access to HINARI is limited to 3 researchers simultaneously.
