The π‡πˆππ€π‘πˆ (π‡πžπšπ₯𝐭𝐑 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐀 π€πœπœπžπ¬π¬ 𝐭𝐨 π‘πžπ¬πžπšπ«πœπ‘ 𝐈𝐧𝐒𝐭𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐒𝐯𝐞) programme, established by the World Health Organization (WHO) together with major publishers, enables developing countries to access one of the world’s largest collections of biomedical and health literature.

Access to HINARI is available exclusively onsite at the World Health Organization, Regional Office for the Western Pacific, Manila.
  – For UP Manila Faculty and Staff, bring a university-issued ID or PRC ID.

The WHO Western Pacific Regional Library (WPRO) is open Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The WPRO Library can accommodate up to 10 researchers at a time. Access to HINARI is limited to 3 researchers simultaneously.
